Conditioning

Who: Adventure athletes, couch potatoes, and everyone in between.

What to expect: Full body workout that utilizes exercises and high-intensity circuits designed to get your heart pumping. Come hydrated and ready to work. All movements can be scaled to any ability level.

Why you should come: General conditioning is necessary for basic fitness. Everyone should able to squat, hinge, push, pull, rotate, carry a load, and sustain an elevated heart rate for various time domains to stay fit and mobile. Come learn how and develop your own new standard of fitness in the process.

 

Core Durability

Who: Athletes, weekend warriors, or those wanting a solid core!

What to expect: This is not your 7-minute abs video! You’ll perform a variety of exercises programmed around four foundational types of movements: rotation, anti-rotation, total body, and extension. This will include compound and isolation exercises, dynamic and static exercises, rotation and anti-rotation exercises that are designed to create a strong and durable core (back and abdominal muscles).

Why you should come: Core strength and durability is key to human movement and performance. The core is the equivalent to a car’s transmission and should be treated with the same amount of importance. A strong core will improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.

 

Kinstretch®

Who: All athletes and everyday movers

What to expect: Various movements that are focused at individual joints while using controlled breathing. You can expect a unique style of workout that provides insight into how your joints and body move.

Why you should come: To improve your range of motion, mitigate/prevent injury, and increase strength. This class will also assist you in starting the journey of preparing your body for everyday movement along with your sport of choice.

 

Mobility

Who: Athletes, weekend warriors, or those interested in prehab and rehab.

What to expect: Movements and exercises performed with a variety of tools that are designed to improve range of motion, identify potential restrictions, and improve tissue quality.

Why you should come: Having the ability to move and control your body through basic ranges of motion is a prerequisite for any athletic endeavor, as well as everyday life.

 

Strength and Conditioning

Who: Adventure athletes, couch potatoes, and everyone in between.

What to expect: Strength exercises designed to make you a stronger, more durable athlete and conditioning that challenges your physical fitness and mental toughness all while focusing on quality of movement. Come hydrated and ready to work. All movements can be scaled to any ability level.

Why you should come: Basic strength is the very foundation of health and fitness and when combined with conditioning you get the entire package. Moving efficiently while being stronger and fitter will have massive carry over to any sport you participate in and everyday life. Everyone should able to squat, hinge, push, pull, rotate, carry a load, and sustain an elevated heart rate for various time domains to stay fit and mobile. Come learn how and develop your own new standard of fitness in the process.
