Personal Trainer Tiers

Tier 1 Trainer is someone who can work with any age or fitness level to help a client achieve their fitness goals.

Tier 2 Trainer has additional knowledge of basic anatomy, as well as common muscle and joint injuries. Tier 2 trainers can confidently work around common injuries and assist with building stability, strength, and mobility.

Tier 3 Trainer demonstrates best practices regarding workout programming for strength and conditioning, has a deeper knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, and has extensive knowledge in sport and exercise nutrition. A Tier 3 Trainer can effectively work with high-level athletes or those wishing to become high-level athletes

Tier 1 

Tier 1: 1 Hour- Single Session (one person): $75

Tier 1: 1 Hour – Single Session (two people): $112

Tier 1: 1 Hour – Single Session (three people): $147

Tier 1: 1 Hour – 5 Session Package (one person): $356.25

Tier 1: 1 Hour – 5 Session Package (two people): $560

Tier 2: 1 Hour- Single Session (one person): $85

Tier 2: 1 Hour – Single Session (two people): $130

Personal Training Policies 

Scheduling and Payment Policy

All personal training sessions and packages must be paid in full prior to training. Upon completion of a package, if you would like to continue training you must purchase a new package before resuming training. Appointments will not be scheduled without payment.

Sessions and packages may be purchased in person or invoiced to your Vertical World account. If you choose to invoice your account, please ensure the credit card information on file is accurate and up to date.

Late Policy: The trainer will wait 10 minutes for clients. After 10 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and that session is forfeited.

Cancelation Policy: Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session is forfeited, and the client will be charged for a partial or full session. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis and is ultimately up to the gym or trainer’s discretion.

Small Group Training: Personal training sessions and packages involving more than one person is considered small group training. Prices for small group training sessions and packages are listed as the total cost of the session or package, not per individual. Full payment is due at time of purchase but may be split amongst individuals.

We reserve the right to refuse services to clients who may not be able to exercise safely with the level of supervision provided by this program.
